When completing a Smart Form in the Axsy Mobile App, users can view how far they are in a form, along with Section Names, Subsection Names, and Loop iterations.


Run a Smart Form in the Axsy Mobile App  


1. Select the three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of the screen. 



2. Scroll through the menu to see what point you have reached in the form. You can select parts of the form you have already answered and return to them.


Parts of the form that you have not yet reached will be displayed, but will be greyed out and non-selectable. 



Menu list names are derived from: 

  1. Section Name 
  2. Subsection Label 
  3. Loop Label 
  4. Loop Button Label 


Loops will be indented in the menu along with Subsections in a section.
