Each user can be assigned different permission sets, determining how much access and control the user has in regards to Smart Form creation and ability to run the forms. There are two main permission sets that can be assigned on the Salesforce Platform via Setup > Users by a Salesforce Administrator.
Axsy Smart Forms Full User Permission Set
1. The first permission set is the Axsy Smart Forms Full User. This permission set allows the user to have full access to both create Smart Forms on the Salesforce Platform and to run Axsy Smart Forms on the Axsy Mobile App.
This permission set is suitable for users who are designing, managing and creating Smart Forms in the Designer.
2. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Users > Users > Edit Permission Set Assignments and move Axsy Smart Forms Full User into the Enabled Permission Sets box on the right.
3. Save your changes.
Axsy Smart Forms Mobile User
1. The second permission set is the Axsy Smart Forms Mobile User, designed for Field Service Technicians.
This permission set is suitable for users who only need to fill out forms on the Axsy Mobile App
2. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Users > Users > Edit Permission Set Assignments and move Axsy Smart Forms Mobile User into Enabled Permission Sets box on the right.
3. Save your changes.
